The Catholic University Journal of Law and Technology

The Catholic University Journal of Law and Technology (JLT) accepts submissions for publication throughout the year. The journal welcomes articles, essays, and book reviews written by scholars, practitioners, and other leading experts in the field of communications law. Articles published in JLT typically consist of lengthy explanations and criticisms of an area of the law while essays and briefs tend to be much shorter and discuss or seek to initiate a discussion in an area of communications law, information privacy law, or intellectual property law.

Each submission to JLT is selected by the Senior Lead Articles Editor and other members of the Executive Board. Depending on our publication cycle, authors are usually notified of a publication decision between one and six weeks after a submission is received.
Catholic University Journal of Law and Technology follows citation conventions described in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Columbia Law Review Ass’n et al. eds., 20th ed. 2015). Submissions should conform as much as possible with this style guide.
